Seattle Murder Suspect: God Told Me To Rape And Murder Those Lesbians

A Seattle man on trial for the 2009 rape and fatal stabbing of a lesbian couple told the court that God had instructed him to commit the crime.
"I was there and I was told by my God, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, to attack my enemies, and I did so," Isaiah Kalebu said under questioning by one of his lawyers. The trial started three weeks ago, but the testimony was the first time jurors had seen Kalebu, who was previously so disruptive in court that the judge barred him from attending. He watched the trial via closed circuit television from another courtroom before indicating he wanted to exercise his constitutional right to testify in his own defense [snip] Kalebu is accused of slipping in an open window of the couple's home in Seattle's South Park neighborhood and repeatedly raping and stabbing them during a two-hour attack. One woman, Teresa Butz, died naked and blood-soaked in the street in front of her home as neighbors tried to help. Her partner survived and told the jury that Kalebu was the man who did it.
Kalebu was convicted of all charges (including first degree murder) and was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

4 Year Old Boy Killed For "Gay Behavior"

The head of a North Carolina religious cult is under arrest for murdering a four year-old boy for his "gay behavior." The man is also charged with killing a woman for leaving his group marriage.
Prosecutors laid out evidence they believe justifies the death penalty against Peter Lucas Moses, 27, who faces two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of Jadon Higganbothan, 4, and Antoinetta Yvonne McKoy, 28. Defense attorneys didn't speak in his behalf at a court hearing Friday. Prosecutors said the case came to police's attention in February when a young woman escaped from a house at 2109 Pear Tree Lane house.
More from WRAL.com:
Living with them, all in one were room, were Sisk's four children and Lavada Harris' five children, prosecutors said. Moses is the father of all the children, except for Jadon. Moses feared that Jadon might be gay because his father had left Sisk, and Moses told her to "get rid" of the child, prosecutors said. "In the religious belief of that organization, homosexuality was frowned on," Cline said. Sometime in October 2010, Smith told Moses that Jadon had hit another child's bottom, and Moses became angry and started walking around the house with a gun that belonged to Sisk, prosecutors said. "He starts screaming, 'I told you to get rid of him!'" and told Sisk, "'How am I going to do this?'" Cline recalled the witness' account. Moses ordered two of the women to set up computers and speakers in the garage, prosecutors said they were told by the witness. They said he started playing music with the Lord's Prayer in Hebrew, took Jadon in the garage and shut the door, and the women then heard a gunshot.

McInerney Prosecutor: Killing Of Larry King Was Premeditated

Three years after then-8th grader Brandon McInerney murdered openly gay student Larry King in front of horrified classmates, a prosecutor in McInerney's just-launched trial says the killing was premeditated and based on the shooter's belief that homosexuality is an abomination. White supremacist materials were found in McInerney's home after the murder.
King was bullied by McInerney and other boys at the school, Deputy Dist. Atty. Maeve Fox said in her opening statement in the trial, which is being conducted at a courthouse in Chatsworth. But shortly before his death, King had begun wearing high heels, makeup and earrings to school and had become more confident in himself, she said. “Larry King for the first time in his life wasn’t taking it anymore,” Fox said. “And he started to give people what I prefer to call the proverbial chin. Only it was more profane. The proverbial ‘f ... you.’” The day before King was shot, the two boys had been bickering in a eighth-grade science class, she said. When King got up to get a drink of water, “Brandon said ‘I am going to shoot him.’ And this is what a student will testify to.” The next day McInerney pulled a .22-caliber handgun out of his backpack and shot King in the head, authorities have said.
McInerney's defense team claims that he was the victim of King's aggressive sexual bullying.

Tweet Of The Day II - Entenmann's

The person running the Entenmann's Twitter account thought he'd take advantage of the #NotGuilty hashtag spawned by the Casey Anthony verdict. The tweet has since been deleted. In other news, that boring-ass Casey Anthony story is finally over.
